1.1. This set of rules applies to all resources supported by the TheBattle.club project team: Game server, forum, communities in social networks and instant messengers;
1.2. The project team reserves the right to make changes to the rules without prior notice to the players;
1.3. A member of the project team reserves the right to independently choose sanctions against the user (player) for violations of the project rules;
1.4. The project team reserves the right to suspend access to the master account, game account and player character without explanation;
1.5. Posted links to third-party sources are also moderated;
2.1. Threats against the project team are prohibited;
2.2. It is forbidden to publish correspondence with the project team without prior approval;
2.3. It is forbidden to deceive or attempt to deceive the project team (transmission of knowingly false information);
2.4. At any time, the player has the right to apply to the administration with a request to delete all data from the server, including characters and account;
2.5. For the security of the project and the safety of user accounts, we do not publish information about the IP addresses of the server;
2.6. The project team does not interfere in the game process, except in cases of violation of the rules, holding planned events and force majeure;
2.7. The project team reserves the right not to investigate cases of missing items from characters if the account owner transferred data from the account to third parties;
3.1 The account owner is solely responsible for his/her account, especially when sharing the account (transferring authorization data to third parties). Thus, if you did give your account to someone and that person was involved in RMT, your account will also be banned;
3.2. The account owner is solely responsible for the safety of characters and items, except in cases of force majeure in clause 8.2.;
3.3. To protect the safety of items on the character, the .ipro command is provided - if it was not activated and the owner transferred the login and password to third parties, the project team is not obliged to investigate cases of missing items;
3.4. The account owner is fully responsible for all actions performed under his account;
3.5. All accounts belonging to the same player may be subject to sanctions for violating the rules on one of them;
3.6. Accounts or characters inactive for more than 60 days may be permanently deleted;
4.1. When registering, creating or changing a character name and (or) nickname, the use of reserved words is prohibited: GM, Admin, ADM, Support, Administrator;
4.2. It is forbidden to impersonate a member of TheBattle.club team or a trustee of the project administration;
4.3. Obscene, provocative or offensive names and (or) titles are prohibited;
4.4 It is forbidden to impersonate another player by any action - nickname, message of the kind "nickname of my main" and others, with the purpose to humiliate, harm and/or deceive. Punishment: Changing nickname for the first time, the next time will result in account blocking
5.1. Statements that may cause reputational damage to the project are prohibited;
5.2. The dissemination of false information regarding TheBattle.club project is prohibited;
5.3. Explicit or indirect advertising of other online games and/or projects is prohibited;
5.4. Any manifestations of racism and nationalism are prohibited;
5.5. Any political statements and/or political propaganda are prohibited;
5.6. The use of the symbols "Z", "V", "O" in the context of supporting military actions is prohibited;
5.7. The use of fascist symbols is prohibited;
5.8. Public distribution of items in the context of leaving the project is prohibited;
5.9. Threats towards players are prohibited unless they are part of the gameplay;
5.10. Calls to leave the project are prohibited;
5.11. Insulting family members, including the use of obscene language in public chats, is prohibited;
5.12. Flooding and spamming are prohibited.
We do not prohibit the use of profanity in public and private chats, even if such statements are offensive, except as stated in rule 5.11.
If you do not wish to communicate with a certain player, use the command /block nickname.
Our game is designed for adults, so if your children are using the computer and you do not want them to see unwanted content in the chat, we strongly recommend disabling the chat using the key combination ALT + J or switching to another chat after disabling public chat display in the game settings (Settings → Chat channel. Example) while they are at the PC.
Chat bans are issued at the discretion of the chat moderator for a period ranging from 60 minutes to permanent, depending on the violation and the player’s history of previous chat bans. In exceptional cases, your accounts may be banned.
6.1. Any kind of automation of the game process is prohibited: Use of third-party software and (or) macros of peripheral devices, third-party files and modifications of the game client;
6.2. It is forbidden to use game flaws (bugs). If any are identified, the player undertakes to inform the project team about them by contacting the technical support service;
7.1. Any fraudulent activities carried out in order to obtain funds or property from another player are prohibited;
7.2. It is forbidden to use the game's shortcomings when trading, such as the similarity of textures, deleting things when trading, etc.;
7.3. Buying/selling in-game assets for real money (RMT) or other in-game assets or services is prohibited.
7.3.1 When purchasing in-game assets or services, your account may be suspended, and items may be removed. There are two types of purchases: small and large.
a) Small purchases up to $30, the unbanning cost is $30 with the removal of purchased items.
b) Large purchases over $30, the unbanning cost is $50 with the removal of purchased items.
7.3.2 Sellers who participated in RMT can unban their character for $10, with a complete removal of all items.
7.3.3 Sales are considered completed when:
a) Offering in-game assets for sale in the in-game chat.
b) Posting announcements on in-game forums or other services without actual sale of in-game assets.
c) The administration reserves the right not to disclose methods of information acquisition and evidence for blocking.
d) Actual sale.
7.3.4 The administration reserves the right to terminate access to the server for violations of RMT rules at any time, without the right to appeal.
7.4. It is forbidden to exchange between servers / other games of any game items (adena, weapons, armor, resources, etc.). The exchange of game characters and (or) accounts is prohibited in any form, including within the same server. It is forbidden to mention or discuss such deals in the game, on the forum, as well as on third-party resources;
8.1. DDOS attack on the server, in this case, the administration reserves the right to postpone any event to another day, undertaking to immediately notify the players about this by an announcement in the game chat;
8.2. Emergency cases in the data center;
8.3. Cases of stealing items dropped from epic bosses during clan events (Antharas, Queen Ant, Baium, Beleth, Core, Orfen, Valakas). The project team reserves the right to return items to the clan leader who closed the raid. The search for items is carried out in the logs by ObjectId;
9.1. Blocking access of offender accounts to the game server, forum and communities in social networks and instant messengers;
9.2. Blocking access to the server by HWID \ IP;
9.3. Deleting an account and (or) character;
9.4. Game chat blocking, including by HWID;
9.5. Removing items from the character;
9.6. Temporary restriction of character actions;
10.1. The presence of one account blocking may become the basis for blocking the other accounts of the violator, regardless of the date of their registration;
10.2. The presence of blocking on one of the resources of the TheBattle.club project may become the basis for blocking on other resources of the project: Game server, forum, communities in social networks and instant messengers;
10.3. The player who received the block has the right to write an appeal - it will be considered by the project team in turn, the decision is made at the discretion of the support service employee;
10.4 Unlocking an account due to rule violation costs $30
a) Bots $30-$150 (depending on the offense)
b) RMT (Real Money Trading) from $30
c) Fraud and other offenses $30
11.1 Depositing funds to the personal account balance is voluntary and irreversible
Reimbursement is possible only in cases where the project administration gives its consent, or in other force majeure circumstances;
11.2 Delivery to the personal account balance takes place automatically within 15 seconds.
If you have been debited and the balance has not been credited, go to your personal account and check the balance;
11.3 When the balance of the personal account is used, the user loses the right to any compensation;
11.4 Along with payment, you agree to comply with the rules of our project.
